About Melty Mondays
Melty Mondays is a recipe site about cheesy comfort food: casseroles, pasta bakes, soups, breads and the dishes people ask for again and again.
What you'll find here
Every recipe is written to be easy to follow on a busy weeknight. You'll find a short introduction, a list of ingredients with US measurements and metric weights, numbered steps with clear signs of doneness, tips for avoiding common mistakes, and advice on storing and reheating leftovers.
Many of our recipes start as short videos on our Facebook page. The video shows the dish; the recipe on this site gives you everything you need to make it at home.
How we write our recipes
We focus on classic, reliable techniques and ingredients you can find in an ordinary supermarket. We include oven temperatures in both °F and °C, internal temperatures for meat where it matters for food safety, and notes on swaps and make-ahead options.
If you make one of our recipes and something doesn't work as described, please tell us. We read every message and update recipes when we can make them clearer.
How this site is funded
Melty Mondays is free to read. We show advertising through Google AdSense and may link to products on Amazon as an Amazon Associate, which means we earn a small commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Advertising and affiliate links never decide what we cook or recommend. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
